All Dan Patrick wants to do is remain neutral about his expectations for Cleveland Browns rookie QB Shedeur Sanders but the extensive media coverage of everything Shedeur does makes it difficult to hold the middle ground. While Dan admits the kid has looked good so far, it is still way too early to make any declarations about the trajectory of his career.
Dan Patrick: “I’m watching Shedeur Sanders play and I realize I have to pick a side it almost feels like. You either say, ‘Hey, really, he looked great!’ or ‘Yeah, OK.’ You can’t even cover it and be in the middle, you know, kind of neutral with it, which is what I’m trying to be…Shedeur Sanders played well but I hate picking a side because I don’t really have a side on it. I want to be neutral with him.”
